{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"17d04531d3de2016bcbd0d7a","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/17d04531d3de2016bcbd0d7a","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/17d04531d3de2016bcbd0d7a","title":"Paint Sprayer","description":"Paint Sprayer\n\nDate: Oct 9, 2024\nLocation: Greer-South Carolina, SC, US\nCompany: OP Mobility\nMISSION:\nManually spray required touch up areas, visually inspect parts for paint defects, to produce a part that meets or exceeds our customer requirements.\n\nKPI and/or main deliverables\n\nPerformance Indicators:\nParts Reworked per Shift\nRight First Time (RFT)\nProcess Indicators:\nRejects from Customer\nMaterial Consumption\nGemba Score\nTPM\nACTIVITIES:\nIdentify possible equipment and processes for continuous improvements.\nPrepare the parts for proper application of repair process (masking, cleaning, taping and sanding)\nIdentify and manually spray required touch up areas on the parts.\nInspect parts and identify defects on the parts in the application area.\nClean and maintain application equipment (Spray guns, brushes, hoses)\nMaintain area 5S standard\nMaintain inventory for supplies and collaborate with Lab Team to order supplies\nActively participate in Process Improvements and QRQC containments and corrective actions.\nFollow OPmobility procedures and SWI’s.\nWork schedule based on production requirements and overtime as requested.\nComplete any other duties assigned by supervisor.\n\nCOMPETENCES REQUIREMENTS\nHigh School Diploma\nPass Munsell Hue Test\nCustomer Paint Standard\nManual Automotive Painting/wet film experience\nUnderstanding of paint equipment operation\nAble to operate PPE relevant to paint application\nSanding and Polishing Painted Parts\nMust pass medical evaluation for respirator use.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
