This role is ideal for self-starters who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to make an outsized impact. You will:\nBuild and scale features across our Laravel- and Vue-based platform, contributing to both the front-end and back-end\nInfluence architecture and make high-leverage technical decisions that drive scalability and performance\nContribute to platform evolution, including API-first development, multi-tenant infrastructure, and integrations with systems like PLM, ERP, and regulatory databases\nCollaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality software in iterative cycles\nDrive engineering excellence, applying best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment\nMentor junior engineers and help cultivate a culture of ownership and continuous improvement\nWho You Are\nWe’re looking for highly motivated engineers who are hungry to make an impact and comfortable with both autonomy and accountability.\nYou likely have:\n5+ years of experience building modern web applications, ideally using Laravel and a front-end framework like Vue.js or React\nStrong command of RESTful API design, relational databases, and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, etc.)\nExperience delivering complex features end-to-end in a SaaS environment\nA bias toward action—you move quickly, make informed decisions with incomplete information, and adjust course when needed\nExcellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving\nCompetencies\nOwnership – takes initiative to deliver high-quality work without needing close supervision; follows through on commitments and holds themselves accountable\nProblem Solving – able to analyze complex technical issues and develop practical, scalable solutions\nTechnical Communication – clearly articulates technical concepts to teammates and cross-functional stakeholders\nCollaboration – works effectively with product managers, designers, and other engineers in a fast-paced, iterative environment\nAdaptability – thrives in dynamic environments, comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities\nMentorship – willing to share knowledge and support the growth of junior engineers\nPreferred education and experience\n5+ years of experience in full-stack development, ideally with Laravel and Vue.js or React\nStrong understanding of RESTful API design, relational databases, and modern DevOps practices (e.g., CI/CD, containers)\nExperience working in a SaaS environment with complex business logic and secure, multi-tenant infrastructure\nFamiliarity with compliance-driven industries or regulatory software is a plus\nBonus: Experience with tools like Confluent, Redpanda, Snowflake, or Prefect\nBonus: Interest or experience in AI-assisted development, developer portals, or workflow automation\nOther duties\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
