This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on solution design, delivery, and operational excellence — not people management. Leadership is expressed through service ownership: you'll own core services, shape their long-term direction, and independently lead projects from concept through production.What You'll DoOwn the design, delivery, and lifecycle of core M365 collaboration services (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive) — architecture, configuration governance, roadmap planning, and escalation-level troubleshooting.Design and maintain access and data controls across Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Purview, including Conditional Access and compliance policies, in close partnership with InfoSec, Legal, Compliance, and business-facing application teams.Build automation with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to drive policy deployment, configuration consistency, proactive remediation, and operational efficiency — reducing manual effort for EUC and service desk teams.Independently lead projects end to end: scoping, sequencing, coordinating cross-team dependencies, and driving delivery as the accountable owner.
