This is a time-sensitive role with the need to find solutions both individually and as part of a team in order to meet deliverable schedules with specific deadlines.\nJob duties include:\nSystem testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance during test and live fire operations.\nWriting reports, tracking assets, coordinating shipments, providing on-site training, and briefing customers on status.\nBeing responsible for compliance and understanding of the U.S. Marine Corps policies and procedures for proper maintenance and support of the 30mm weapon system.\nDocument processes and provide expertise feedback for customer.\nMaintain schedules, track inspections, provide data on part usage and provide status reports of weapons maintenance, and trend analysis.\nQualifications\nREQUIREMENTS:\nAssociates degree in related discipline and nine (9) years of related experience or high school equivalent and eleven (11) years related experience with related certification.\nMust be able to obtain a Secret clearance; Interim Secret needed to start.\nExperience using and providing measurements with precision measuring tools.\nAble to read and understand technical and source data from manufacturer.\nBe a proactive self-starter. Marines and contractors often move independently of each other, The FSR must take initiative to stay engaged, visible, and involved before issues escalate.\nMust confidently uphold standards and protect system integrity.\nIntermediate skill set with Microsoft Office.\nAble to travel up to 50% of the time.\n\nDESIRED:\nMilitary background in Weapons Maintenance and/or Ordnance is highly preferred.\nU.S. Marine Corps 6500 or 2100 Series MOS.\nTarget salary range: $80,001 - $120,000.
