Sales Coordinator – BMU (Field Sales)
Job Summary
A Sales Coordinator in the BMU Field supports the field sales team by managing coordination, documentation, reporting, and communication between sales representatives, management, and internal departments. The role ensures smooth execution of sales activities, accurate tracking of performance, and timely follow-ups to achieve business targets.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily activities of the BMU field sales team
Track sales targets, achievements, and field performance
Prepare sales reports, MIS, and dashboards for management
Support field staff with pricing, quotations, and order processing
Maintain customer and distributor records
Act as a communication bridge between field sales, marketing, logistics, and finance teams
Assist in planning sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches
Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer queries
Ensure compliance with company sales policies and processes
Skills
Strong coordination and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, and reporting tools
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of field sales operations and BMU structure
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or field sales support (preferred)
Work Environment:
Office-based role with frequent interaction with field sales teams
Occasional travel for sales meetings or field reviews
