Kitchen Manager

Two Keys Tavern is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a casual sit-down restaurant, and all aspects of preparing food for this type of establishment. Our kitchen is open from 11AM-11PM everyday of the week. You must be available to work on weekends. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Manage all aspects of the kitchen including food preparation and presentation- Oversee inventory management and ordering of food and kitchen supplies - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations- Train and supervise kitchen staff- Develop new menu items and specials Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Strong leadership skills Knowledge of food safety regulations Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
