Requires TS/SCI with CI Poly and experience authoring DoD product lines for senior policymakers. The schedule follows a 5-week rotation cycling through days, swings, and nights, with one admin/recovery week and one on-call week built in.\r\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\r\nSupport developing and coordinating key lines of effort focused on the problem set\r\nBuild POAMs, determine projects' objectives and scope, schedule and assess projects' success, facilitate working groups, communicate with senior leadership, and leverage skills in analytic or planning methodologies\r\nEmploy intelligence expertise and knowledge to assist in the integration of Defense and National intelligence support capabilities, including collection, analytic and targeting activities, into overarching operational planning functions and efforts across the DoD\r\nDevelop campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time sensitive planning in accordance with the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES)\r\nAssist with red teaming, and intelligence operations feasibility assessments within the planning process\r\nFind faster, better ways for the agency to work together\r\nRequired Qualifications, Education, and Experience:\r\nExperiencein a Joint Staff or COCOM\r\nKnowledgeof the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System\r\nAbility towork independently, meet short deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and develop andmaintainrelationships across the IC, DoD, and partners\r\nAbility tofacilitateplanning, prioritization, and synchronization of client activities to achieve effects that gain and sustain military advantage\r\nBachelor's degreeand2+ years of experiencein intelligence planning, or6+ years of experiencein intelligence planning in lieu of a degree\r\nDesired Qualifications, Education, and Experience:\r\nPMP Certification; or Intelligence Planning Certifications such as JAWS, IPC I, or IPC II Certification\r\nGeneral Factors\r\nDepending on project requirements, may be required to work within a compressed schedule; more than 40 hour work weeks should be expected when schedules demand it.\r\nWilling to travel, if needed.\r\nNo Relocation .\r\nMust be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.\r\nMust be able to multi-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.\r\nWork Schedule Requirements\r\nWilling to work a rotating shift schedule (will receive differential on all hours between 1800–0600):\r\nWeek 1: M–F 0600–1400\r\nWeek 2: M–F 1400–2200\r\nWeek 5: M–Sun Off/On-Call Week\r\nRepeat\r\nClearance: TS/SCI with current CI Poly (adjudicated within the past 5 years)\r\nLocation: The Pentagon; On-Site\r\nSalary Range: 130K - 150K\r\nBridge Defense is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affiantive Action employer.
