You will be able to design and build the solution.\nPresents all work in design review and code review sessions to team members, and must be able to explain and support decisions made and actions taken.\nInterfaces with business analysts, developers, and project managers to clarify requirements.\nPrepares documentation that describes the work efforts and supports your decisions.\nEvaluates and plans design and experience roadmaps.\nEdits and reviews technical requirements and documentation.\nWork with various team to determine if applications fit specification and technical requirements.\nDisplays knowledge of development methodologies, concepts, skills, and their application in the area of development in the currently utilized platform.\nDisplays knowledge of, and ability to apply, process design and redesign skills.\nAnalyzes and determines integration needs.\nDisplays in-depth knowledge of, and ability to apply, project management skills.\nConsistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.\n\nQualifications\n\nExperience with UI/UX development tools like Adobe XD is preferred.\nFront End Technical UI/UX Development with Angular 5 or any JavaScript is preferred however not required if you wish to learn the skills.\nMobile UI/UX Development for Android and IOS is preferred however not required if you wish to learn the skills.\nStrong understanding of wire-framing and conceptual modeling is preferred.\nStrong understanding of fundamental web technologies including JavaScript, and REST API’s is preferred.\nStrong software integration experience.\nUnderstanding of commercial software development lifecycle practices is preferred.\nExperience with various web development tools and IDE environments.\nHaving a worked in a highly motivated, fast-paced, critical development role\nExcellent decision making and critical-thinking skills\nAn ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment\nExcellent organizational and communication skills are required\nAbility to meet deadlines with Projects and Assignments\nMust be an energetic and highly motivated self-starter\nMust be self-motivated and have a positive attitude\nMust be detail oriented\nMust have the ability to multi-task\nMust have excellent oral and written communication skills\n\nAdditional Information\n\nAn organization’s business model means everything; to Crossroads it means sound decisions, satisfied customers, and long-term revenue.
