practices\n\nProject Management\n\nExperience managing complex enterprise technology programs\nExperience coordinating onsite and offshore GCC teams\nStrong skills in project planning, dependency management, risk management, and stakeholder communication\nAbility to communicate technical concepts effectively to executive leadership\n\nProfessional Skills\n\nExcellent verbal and written plans, RAID logs, risk registers, and executive status reporting\nLead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives\n\nOffshore Team Coordination\n\nServe as the primary liaison between onsite stakeholders and offshore GCC teams\nCoordinate work across multiple time zones\nManage resource planning, priorities, escalations, and delivery governance\nEnsure
