UAT Operations Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, UAT Operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations related to capacity planning, productivity management, quality control, and system functionality across UAT and reconciliation activities Develop, implement, and maintain standardized processes and practices to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and industry best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software solution strategies and assure technology execution is in alignment with those strategies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience 4+ years of related operations and/or IT experience, preferably in healthcare Strong understanding of relational database concepts Experience with report and/or query development Previous experience as a lead in a functional area or managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
