GREAT Opportunity for someone who wants to make good money, meet people & have fun! SUMMARY A Host/Server is responsible for managing the guest atmosphere to Draft's service standards. Additionally, they expected to exhibit teamwork throughout the restaurant. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Able to meet Draft's guest service standards while upselling food and alcohol items. Able to use POS system and learn to ring in orders and process checks. Knowledge of TABC standards and protocol. Able to accept different types of payment and make change. Maintain specific side-work and closing duties as required. Report to work in a neat a clean uniform. Personal hygiene is essential. Complies with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene and health standards. Observes proper food preparation and handling techniques. Reports necessary equipment repair and maintenance to supervisor.
