This role is essential in delivering an exceptional dining experience through attentive service, strong communication, and adherence to quality and safety standards.\nPosition Summary\nThe Restaurant Server provides tableside service to guests while supporting the Restaurant Manager and collaborating closely with kitchen staff. This position plays a key role in maintaining a positive guest experience and a smooth, efficient work environment.\nRequirements:\n\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide fast, friendly, and attentive customer service to all guests\nCommunicate effectively with customers and team members\nMaintain flexibility and adapt to changing needs throughout shifts\nSupport and uphold company policies, procedures, and mission\nService & Operations\nAccurately take orders and process payments using the POS system\nHandle cash and payments in accordance with company procedures\nUnderstand menu items, preparation methods, and plate presentations\nPrepare backup products and assist with restaurant readiness\nOperate equipment according to manufacturer guidelines\nFood Safety & Compliance\nFollow all company and local health and safety regulations\nPractice proper handwashing and glove usage\nMaintain proper food temperatures and storage standards\nLabel and date all prepared and opened food items\nMonitor product quality and discard outdated items\nRecord food temperatures at least once per shift and take corrective action when needed\nClosing & Maintenance Duties\nComplete all required shift paperwork and timekeeping\nPerform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal\nComplete food adjustments and maintain accurate records\nAttend team meetings as required\nPerform additional duties as assigned by management\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong customer service and communication skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment\nDependable with strong attention to detail\nTeam-oriented with a positive attitude\nWillingness to follow procedures and maintain high standards\n\nCompany Benefits\nTrexcon is committed to supporting the well-being and growth of our employees.
