This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that’s constantly evolving.5‑day workweek designed to support consistency and work‑life balanceSchedules (Sun–Thu or Tue–Sat), ensuring one weekend day offSchedules may adjust based on operational needs4:30 AM start time aligned with peak operational flowMain ResponsibilitiesProcesses store returns and returns to vendors using proper Company policies.Coordinates with Inventory Control associates regarding slotting, product rotation and space allocation.Conducts daily crew meeting to discuss safety, productivity and accuracy.Communicates with Transportation on the flow and receipt of backhauls.Supervises scheduling of inbound load appointments.Responsible for, sign for, sort and distribute inbound, overnight carrier and mail service deliveries.Walks warehouse daily, with Superintendent, to ensure that safety, security, sanitation and pest control codes, laws, and policies and government regulations are maintained.Ensures the most economical and efficient use of equipment and personnel to accomplish assigned work.We Are Looking For Candidates Who Possess The FollowingStrong general knowledge of shipping and warehouse operations, with prior supervisory experience preferred.Effective leadership and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret computerized reports.Analytical skills and attention to detail.Basic computer proficiency; experience with word processing and spreadsheets is helpful.We Also Provide a Variety Of Benefits IncludingCompetitive wages paid weeklyAssociate discountsHealth and financial well-being benefits for eligible associates (Medical, Dental, 401k and more!)Time off (vacation, holidays, sick pay).
