Qualified candidates will be contacted when a position becomes available.\nWhat You’ll Do in Your New Role:\nThe Implementation Science SME provides expert guidance on translating evidence-based psychological health research into clinical practice, policy, and operational programs. The SME supports implementation planning, evaluation, dissemination, and sustainment activities.\n\nDevelop implementation frameworks and strategies.\nSupport translation of research findings into clinical practice.\nIdentify barriers and facilitators to adoption of evidence-based practices.\nDesign implementation and dissemination plans.\nConduct implementation evaluations.\nAdvise stakeholders on best practices for scaling interventions.\nSupport development of clinical support tools and training materials.\nImplementation plans\nDissemination strategies\nEvaluation frameworks\nClinical support tools\nResearch translation products\nBest-practice recommendations\nRequired Qualifications:\nDoctoral or Master's degree in Implementation Science, Public Health, Psychology, Health Services Research, or related field.\nDemonstrated experience implementing evidence-based healthcare interventions.\nExperience within military, VA, or federal healthcare settings preferred.\nPublic Trust clearance; contract requires US Citizenship\nAbout the Company:\nCulmen International is committed to enhancing international safety and security, strengthening homeland defense, advancing humanitarian missions, and optimizing government operations.
