You will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and responding to security risks and operational issues in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.What you will do:Serve as a GSOC Operator for designated shifts, providing real-time monitoring and responseProvide administrative and program supportCollaborate on developing and implementing policies and procedures for the GSOCDesign and deliver comprehensive training programs for GSOC personnelEnsure accurate timekeeping records for all GSOC personnel and create audit reports to identify discrepanciesConduct timecard closeouts, including reviews for early, late, or empty timecardsUtilize timekeeping data to inform recruitment and retention strategiesManage call-ahead processes for fill and flow fulfillment to ensure proper staffingProvide remote supervision, including guard check-ins and activity monitoringIndependently develop and manage complex projects, or take on those assigned by senior managementExercise judgment and offer insight for operational and strategic decisionsProvide detailed reports and relevant Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics to leadership and assist with the creation and delivery of Quarterly Business Reports (QBRs)Conduct physical mobile patrols on a regular basis and perform other related duties or special projects as requiredWhat is required:Posses an active Guard CardMust have an active CPR / AED certificationMust be eligible for employment within the United StatesMust pass a background checkOn-site duty requirementMust be able to work weekends, holidays, and adjust schedule as needed to meet operational demandsMust have an associate's degree or equivalent2–5 years of experience in GSOC operations, intel, security systems, or law enforcement/military rolesMust be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screeningMust display a high degree of proficiency with G-Suite & Microsoft OfficeStrong familiarity with access control and CCTV platformsExperience interfacing with clients & providing long-term solutions in support of physical security operationsExcellent written & interpersonal communication skills that can be applied across the organization, including the executive teamAbility to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgroundsMust have good judgment skills with the ability to make timely and sound decisionsAbility to react to last-minute changes and resolve unexpected issues promptlyAbility to remain onsite or respond after-hours to emergencies as neededAbility to work independently and as a team memberMust have a reliable means of transportationWhat is desired:Military, veteran, or first responder background is a plusRelevant certifications (e.g., Genetec, security management)Background in threat intelligence or emergency/crisis responseExperience in working with director-level employees and higher4-Year bachelor's degree or Project Management Professional (PMP) CertificationExperience with timekeeping, billing & invoicing software, and CRM platforms is preferredKey ResponsibilitiesMonitoring & Incident ResponseMonitor CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other security platforms across global and local sitesRespond to alarms, dispatch response teams, and coordinate with internal and external emergency servicesConduct incident triage and reporting, escalating when appropriate and documenting all activitiesMaintain situational awareness of global events and assess potential threats to operationsSystem Administration & Access ControlAdminister Genetec or equivalent access control systems, including badge issuance and deactivationTroubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors or integrators for resolutionConduct regular access audits and assist in system optimization and configurationThreat Intelligence & CommunicationMonitor and analyze open-source intelligence and internal reports for security threatsCompile and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly incident and security reportsCollaborate with first responders, local law enforcement, and internal stakeholders during incidentsDraft and send emergency alerts and advisories when appropriateOperational SupportAssist with scheduling, timekeeping, guard check-ins, and remote oversightGenerate reports related to coverage, KPIs, and staffing metricsSupport administrative duties
