We are exploring interest from individuals or organizations who may be interested in helping operate and activate this space. The vision is to create a flexible coworking-style environment that also serves as a hub for community programming, including workshops, speaker events, mentorship opportunities, and networking events. We are seeking a partner or operator who would take the lead on managing the space and coordinating programming.What This Could Look LikeOverseeing day-to-day operations of the incubator/coworking spaceManaging memberships, scheduling, and overall use of the spaceCoordinating shared amenities such as meeting rooms and event areasMaintaining a professional, organized, and welcoming environmentPlanning and executing a consistent calendar of programming, including:Workshops (business planning, finance, marketing, etc.)Speaker events and panel discussionsNetworking events and community meetupsIdentifying and coordinating with external speakers, mentors, and facilitatorsBuilding relationships with local organizations, universities, and business leaders to support programmingServing as the primary point of contact for members, partners, and visitorsTracking general usage and participation (memberships, event attendance, etc.) to help measure activity and impactQualificationsExperience in small business support, coworking, community programming, or operationsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage day-to-day detailsLocal ties to Tyler or community relationships a plusStructureWe are open to working with either an individual or an organization and are flexible on how this role is structured.Goal of the SpaceThe goal is to create an activated, community-driven environment that supports small businesses, entrepreneurs, and local organizations, while contributing to the continued growth of downtown Tyler.Powered by JazzHR
