About The Role
We’re hiring aBilingual Operations Coordinatorto support hotel staffing operations, support our team members, and build great relationships with our hotel partners. Responsibilities
Support client communication and activities
Visit hotel sites weekly to ensure service quality, staffing coverage and to engage with team members
Recruit, hire, and onboard new Team Members
Assist with engagement activities and celebrations for our Team Members
Respond quickly to client and staffing needs
Ensure payroll accuracy and HR compliance
Promote HotelPro’s values and positive culture
Requirements
Bilingual (English & Spanish)—a must!
1+ year of experience in support roles, hospitality is a plus!
Schedule flexibility to work as business needs require; including weekends and evenings
Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of insurance (required for driving between client sites)
Previous experience working independently
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong team collaborator with a professional, respectful approach to teamwork
Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems
Passion for people, problem-solving, and creating great experiences for clients and Team Members
