About The Role We’re hiring aBilingual Operations Coordinatorto support hotel staffing operations, support our team members, and build great relationships with our hotel partners. Responsibilities Support client communication and activities Visit hotel sites weekly to ensure service quality, staffing coverage and to engage with team members Recruit, hire, and onboard new Team Members Assist with engagement activities and celebrations for our Team Members Respond quickly to client and staffing needs Ensure payroll accuracy and HR compliance Promote HotelPro’s values and positive culture Requirements Bilingual (English & Spanish)—a must! 1+ year of experience in support roles, hospitality is a plus!
