Returning Student Advisor
Supporting students in restarting their educational journey, the full-time Remote Returning Student Advisor will provide academic guidance, engage with learners as a primary point of contact, and collaborate on retention initiatives to ensure student success.
Key responsibilities
Provide academic planning and support, assisting learners with course navigation and expectations
Engage with students to address non-academic inquiries through various communication channels
Collaborate with team members to identify at-risk learners and implement retention strategies
Required qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Proficient in time management and capable of handling competing priorities
Ability to communicate fluently in verbal and written English
Basic computer literacy to navigate required technology effectively
Experience in customer service or related fields is preferred
