Working under the direction of the Project Manager, the Foreman leads field crews, coordinates equipment and resources, ensures work is performed safely and efficiently, and delivers projects on time and within budget. Our unique culture fosters growth, development, education, and creativity.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nSupervise multiple types of field crews performing including but not limited to environmental, excavation, demolition, remediation, industrial cleaning, and construction projects.\n\nConduct daily tailgate safety meetings and ensure compliance with all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and client requirements.\n\nPlan and coordinate daily work activities to maximize productivity.\n\nUnderstand project scope, specifications, schedules, and budgets.\n\nMonitor project performance and recognize positive and negative cost impacts.\n\nMonitor labor hours, equipment utilization, production rates, and material usage to maximize profitability while maintaining safety and quality standards.\n\nIdentify problems early and develop solutions before they impact the project.\n\nCoordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.\n\nEnsure heavy equipment is operated safely and efficiently.\n\nVerify quality of work meets company and client expectations.\n\nMaintain accurate daily reports, equipment inspections, production quantities, and timesheets.\n\nCommunicate project status, delays, and issues promptly to the Project Manager.\n\nInterface professionally with clients, inspectors, utility representatives, and regulatory agencies.\n\nMentor and develop crew members while maintaining accountability.\n\nMaintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.\n\nAssist with project planning, logistics, and mobilization.\n\nEnsure proper care and maintenance of company equipment and tools.\n\nSupport emergency response projects and travel as required.\n\nBasic Requirements\n\nOne or more years of experience leading construction, environmental, or industrial service crews.\n\nStrong understanding of excavation, heavy equipment operations, and utility work.\n\nAbility to read plans, drawings, and project specifications.\n\nStrong leadership and decision-making abilities.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nProficient with tablets, smartphones, and daily reporting software.\n\nValid driver's license (CDL a plus).\n\nOSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER.\n\nAbility to work overtime, occasional weekends, and travel when required.\n\nMust be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.\n\nMust be willing to consent to Motor Vehicle Record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen (inclusive of THC).\n\nUpon employment, you will be required to participate in a random drug screening program (inclusive of THC) as part of our company's commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.\n\nMust be able to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis.\n\nAbility to work overtime on a regular basis.\n\nMust be willing to work flexible hours within the work week (Monday through Friday).\n\nThe Field Services Foremanfrequently handles hazardous chemicals and biological waste and is responsible for putting on and taking off personal protective equipment.
