filtration systems\nConduct condition monitoring such as vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and oil sampling\nInspect and service rotating equipment, including bearings, belts, and lubrication systems\nDocument maintenance activities and close work orders in CMMS (SAP, eMaint, or similar systems)\nTroubleshooting and Repair\nDiagnose and repair PLC-controlled systems (Allen Bradley and Siemens preferred)\nTroubleshoot electrical and mechanical components including drives, servos, relays, sensors, and pneumatic systems\nPerform mechanical and alignment adjustments on conveyors, gearboxes, and tooling\nRespond to equipment downtime and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence\nInstallation and Commissioning\nSupport installation of new equipment and upgrades\nAlign motors, calibrate sensors/encoders, and validate system functionality\nCoordinate with Engineering and OEMs during commissioning activities\nFacilities and Utilities Support\nMaintain HVAC, compressed air systems, RO/DI water systems, and chilled water loops\nMonitor system performance including pressures, fluid levels, and control panels\nPerform general building maintenance tasks as required\nSafety and Compliance\nFollow all safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Arc Flash, and confined space requirements\nConduct job hazard analyses prior to maintenance work\nSupport safety audits and corrective action implementation\nDocumentation and Process Improvement\nMaintain accurate maintenance records and update technical documentation\nSupport development and adherence to SOPs and maintenance procedures\nParticipate in continuous improvement and reliability initiatives\nInventory Management\nTrack usage of spare parts and support inventory replenishment processes\nIdentify critical parts shortages and escalate procurement needs\nMaintain organization of tools and spare parts storage areas\nCollaboration and Communication\nParticipate in daily production and maintenance meetings\nCommunicate equipment issues affecting production, quality, or safety\nTrain and mentor entry-level technicians as needed\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance\nStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals\nPreferred Qualifications\nAssociate degree or technical certification in maintenance, electrical, or related field\nExperience with PLC programming or advanced troubleshooting\nCertifications in HVAC, electrical systems, automation, or related disciplines\nFamiliarity with SAP PM, eMaint, or similar CMMS platforms\nKnowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds\nAbility to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods\nAbility to work in confined
