The ideal candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment, show a true sense of urgency, and be willing to cross-train.\nJob Description:\nPlating Technician - Experience working in a fast paced, production environment. Knowledge in production of printed circuit boards is a plus. This is a full-time position.\nEssential Job Functions:\nOperate wet process equipment for PCB panel processing through functions that include manual copper plating, gold immersion, electroless copper, electrolytic gold, outer layer etching, and hot air level processing.\nSet and maintain chemical processing equipment within operational parameters.\nCarefully load racks in plating tanks while ensuring proper temperature/current of baths.\nLoad the line\nWork around chemicals and exercise safe chemical handling\nFollow customers specifications\nAbility to lift, pull, and push over 20 lbs.\nAble to stand for long periods of time\nMaintains and clean all department equipment\nScrewing in items by hand (Tightening clamps manually)\nAbility to work with hands for extended periods of time.\nPosition involves working with chemicals in a safe and monitored environment.\nWork Schedule:\nThis is a full-time position requiring available to work during standard business hours and mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals.
