In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, creating personalized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality physical therapy services. Additional responsibilities include working closely with patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals, providing patient education to promote overall health and well-being, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for each individual.QualificationsClinical expertise in Outpatient Physical Therapy.Knowledge of general Medicine principles relevant to physical therapyStrong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with patients and team membersCurrent licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of MichiganAbility to develop and implement customized care plans for diverse patient needsCommitment to continuous education and professional developmentExperience in a similar role or setting is preferred
