Hiring a Construction Program Manager to work for a residential program across Southwest Minnesota. This hands-on role combines construction, project coordination, and community outreach to deliver high-quality accessibility solutions such as modular and custom-built ramps. This position is ideal for someone with carpentry, construction, or handyman experience who values meaningful, community-based work and enjoys both fieldwork and independent project management.
