Senior Construction Superintendent

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementationMaintain daily job site recordsSupervise onsite personnel and subcontractorsUnderstand and enforce company safety rules and proceduresExecute job schedule completion. Communicate with management staff and execute tasks in the fieldExperience with general rough & finish carpentryInterface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clientsEstimating experienceMaintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specificationsQualifications:Previous experience in construction management or other related fieldsFamiliarity with Procore, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong leadership qualitiesStrong negotiation skillsDeadline and detail-orientedCompany DescriptionSwenson is a leading force in Silicon Valley real estate development, managing a diverse portfolio ranging from multifamily and retail mixed-use to industrial projects across the Bay Area, Silicon Valley, and Central Coast.
