Administrative Assistant
The Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations and administrative duties within Gardner Electric. This role will work closely with the owner to ensure accurate financial record-keeping, handle important administrative functions, and assist in the smooth operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, including tracking expenses.
Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and manage financial reports.
Assist with payroll.
Handle various clerical tasks including filing, organizing documents, and data entry.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in the construction industries is a plus but not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
