Our headquarters and primary processing center are located in GA, with mill depots across the country ensuring prompt delivery of our products. Job Responsibilities:Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection, including job descriptions, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.Maintain employee records and personal data while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.Assist in the implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives, including employee training and performance management systems.Provide support in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a positive orientation experience.Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.Support employee engagement and relationships through regular communication, conflict resolution, and facilitation of workforce activities.Participate in the development of compensation and benefits strategies, alongside market rate analysis.Collaborate with management to address HR issues and provide recommendations to enhance employee satisfaction and performance.Maintain the HR database and prepare reports as necessary to track metrics and effectiveness of HR initiatives.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management. Essential Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.General Labor Recruiting ExperienceStrong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively. Desired Experience:A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR roles, preferably in manufacturing or distribution environments.Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems.Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.
