Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and customer service, with the ability to create delicious sandwiches while providing an exceptional dining experience. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches according to customer specifications and menu standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sandwich preparation area. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions regarding menu items. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene in food preparation areas. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Experience in upselling or sales is a plus, as it contributes to enhancing customer satisfaction and business success.
