To ensure that guests receive the best service and food each and every time, we need enthusiastic, positive and motivated leaders. This is where our Kitchen Crew comes in. You are the face of our brand and the glue that keeps our team whole.\r\nPosition Overview\r\nAs a Kitchen Crew Member, you will work alongside our Kitchen Managers in preparing our top-of-the-line ingredients – from locally sourced veggies to organic proteins and produce. Your job is to give the guests the flavors they are looking for – fresh, tasty and healthy food. This position will continue to grow as our company does and is an integral part to our continued success.\r\nResponsibilities and Duties\r\nPrepare food daily in accordance with projected daily sales including special orders and events\r\nComplete tasks and recipes with consistency and speed\r\nPractice FIFO\r\nMaintaining a clean environment – prep tables, hot line coolers, prep sinks, floors, walk-in coolers, walls, storage areas\r\nMake food Items following standardized recipes and procedures\r\nBasic knowledge of all items, ingredients, and procedures\r\nCommunicate with Kitchen Manager on any shortages\r\nJob Requirements\r\nMinimum\r\n1-year back of house experience\r\nPositive attitude and willingness to learn\r\nPassion for living a healthy life\r\nAble to lift 50lbs\r\nAble to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment\r\nPreferred\r\nExperience in fast-casual or from scratch kitchen\r\nStrong knife skills\r\nDrive to consistently improve and take on more\r\nC&G Benefits\r\nCompetitive wages\r\nOpportunity to grow and advance career\r\nEmployee meals discounts\r\nWeekly team yoga/meditation\r\nAccess to fitness classes in all restaurants\r\nFlexible scheduling\r\nThis job opportunity is for a position in a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee.
