Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

Job Title: Finance ManagerDepartment: FinanceReports To: Vice President of OperationsPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee key financial operations and support strategic decision-making within the organization. The Finance department operates as an autonomous business function within a larger corporation, managing local financial responsibilities while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and reporting requirements.This role will be responsible for managing core accounting functions, financial reporting, cash management coordination, and supporting leadership with financial analysis and strategic insights. The Finance Manager will work closely with executive leadership and play an active role as part of the senior management team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage business controller and accounting functionsOversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operationsPrepare and deliver monthly and annual financial statements, including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow StatementsCoordinate cash management activities with corporate financial leadershipProvide financial analysis and recommendations to leadership on strategic business decisionsParticipate as a member of the senior management team in business planning and decision-makingLead the development of the annual business plan through collaboration with department leaders across the organizationDeliver required financial reporting to both local and corporate managementEnsure all financial policies, procedures, and activities comply with legal and ethical standardsReport any financial discrepancies or concerns to management immediatelyPerform additional duties as required to support business operationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in a Controller or similar financial leadership roleStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, peers, and leadershipPreferred Qualifications5+ years of financial leadership experience, particularly in a startup or rapidly growing business environmentCPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation preferredWhat We're Looking ForA collaborative and strategic financial leaderStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience working within a corporate structure while supporting local business operationsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Linked, LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
