The company is building its proprietary power architecture from the ground up, and the engineers joining today will define the technology that powers multiple future products.\n\nPower is the product.\nThe role sits at the centre of the company's engineering organisation, owning the complete lifecycle of power electronics subsystems from architecture through production. You will design high and low voltage power conversion systems, protection circuitry, power distribution networks, and inverter technologies that become core company IP.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOwn the end-to-end design of DC/DC and DC/AC power conversion systems\n\nDesign power distribution, protection logic, and high and low voltage architectures\n\nDevelop next-generation GaN and SiC power electronics for high‑efficiency, high‑density applications\n\nProduce schematics and PCB layouts in Altium with a focus on thermal performance, power density, and EMI mitigation\n\nLead hardware bring‑up, verification, validation, and environmental qualification\n\nDesign for low electromagnetic signature with MIL‑STD‑461 considered from the earliest stages of development\n\nSupport field testing and customer trials to evaluate hardware in operational environments\n\nRequired Experience\n\nTwo to five years of power electronics hardware design experience\n\nExperience designing low and high voltage power conversion systems from concept through production\n\nStrong understanding of DC/DC and DC/AC converter topologies and control loop theory\n\nEMI and EMC design experience. MIL‑STD‑461 knowledge is highly desirable\n\nStrong laboratory skills using oscilloscopes, power analysers, electronic loads, and thermal imaging equipment\n\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
