This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant document control processes while serving as a key administrative and coordination link between engineers, clients, and contractors. The position plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity, supporting project schedules, and enabling efficient collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.Key ResponsibilitiesThis role is intended to primarily support administrative functions for engineering processes (˜90%) and some general administrative functions related to general operation of the office (˜10%). The range of assignments may include, but are not limited to:Document Control & Data Management (Primary – ~90%)Collect, organize, and maintain inspection records, calculations, technical documents, and field filesEnsure documents are filed, version-controlled, and archived in accordance with internal and client procedures.
