The Order Coordinator oversees the management and execution of sales orders submitted by multiple sales teams. Collaboration with third-party dealers and FTG Companies may be required to arrange installations outside designated territories. Success in this position demands critical thinking skills and clear communication with both customers and the sales organization.\nEssential Functions and Responsibilities\nFacilitate and fulfill representative requests related to new sales orders.\nCommunicate effectively with peers, other departments, and management to ensure internal expectations are clearly set.\nEstablish sales orders for customer equipment purchases.\nManage the complete order lifecycle, from initiation through payment collection.\nOversee fulfillment and invoicing of cash sales orders.\nMonitor inventory accuracy within the eAutomate OC warehouse.\nCoordinate HDD shredding and removal procedures.\nProactively identify potential issues and implement solutions.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\nQualifications and Experience\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma required; some college education preferred or at least 1 year of relevant experience.\nBeginner to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nDemonstrated customer service experience.\nSolid understanding of basic mathematical calculations.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.\nExceptional attention to detail and comprehension of process workflows and interdependencies.\nStrong organizational and time management abilities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nOutstanding interpersonal abilities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nTwo or more years of order management or related experience.\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nThis role does not have supervisory responsibilities.\nPhysical Requirements\nThe physical requirements described here exemplify those necessary for an employee to successfully perform essential job functions:\nAbility to sit, stand, kneel, walk, and reach as needed.\nCapability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 20 pounds.\nAdequate hearing to communicate with colleagues.\nAbility to read from computer screens and written documents.\nCompetence in writing, typing, and using telephone systems.\nReasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.\nWork Environment\nA professional environment free from objectionable conditions.
