This is not Sandy Blvd in Portland.\n\nWe are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team for the position of Packaging Technician. This position is responsible for packaging all products and labeling in compliance with state regulations, with efficiency and accuracy.\n\n*Primary Responsibilities*\n\n* Package cannabis extracts including filling cartridges and dab jars, and all associated labeling, boxing, and fulfillment preparation for shipment complying with OLCC regulations.\n* Role model best practices in performance and attitude, contributing to a positive team morale and goal-driven company culture.\n* Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and operations checklists. Attention to detail in following safe and proper operation and use of any/all applicable machinery, instruments, equipment, chemicals and solvents.\n* Assist with loading and unloading supplies and client products.\n* Occasional trimming, bucking, warehouse organizing and inventorying.\n* Be an integral member of the production team to meet organizational goals and deadlines.\n* Possess a thorough understanding of the company's quality standards. Report any variance in product quality in a timely manner to management.\n* Maintain a safe and clean work environment.\n* Follow company policies regarding attendance, dress code, and regulatory compliance.\n* Attend company meetings as needed\n* Other duties as assigned\n\n*Required Qualifications*\n\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\n\n* High hand eye coordination.\n* Thrive in a fast-growing/fast-paced environment, where adaptability and tenacity are imperative to meet organizational goals.\n* Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.\n* Reliable, punctual, and self-starter.\n* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and dedication to accurately follow established protocols.\n* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to professionally interact with managers and coworkers with authenticity, poise and respect.\n* Ability to work well with others in high-pressure situations with a sense of urgency.\n* Flexible in work and willing to help team members when needed.\n* Effectively communicate and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company.\n* Obtain a valid OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit prior to the first day of employment.\n* Must be and remain compliant with all legal and company regulations required for working in the cannabis industry.\n* Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.\n* Must have reliable transportation\n* Must be 21 years of age or older.\n* Ability to work overtime, evenings and occasional weekends, as needed.\n\n*Preferred Qualifications*\n\n* Familiarity with regulatory systems standard to the cannabis industry.\n\n*Work Environment Conditions & Physical Requirements*\n\nThis position interacts and collaborates with all levels of the organization. Contact and communication is carried out through face-to-face, telephone and digital interactions. Excellent communication skills are essential to success.
