Join us!\r\n*SUMMARY: Plans, manages, and drives the successful delivery of assigned programs, including projects for key strategic initiatives, ensuring high quality execution of work products and meeting the established project budget and schedule constraints. Builds and maintains productive relationships with leadership and internal sponsors, providing effective and timely problem solving & communications. Provides input into project management processes and execution.\r\nRESPONSIBILITIES\r\nOversee, manage and establish program portfolio, ensuring inclusion of all necessary work streams.\r\nOrganize programs and activities in accordance with the corporate mission, goals and objectives.\r\nDeliver successful program outcomes by managing multiple projects at one time to a consistent high level.\r\nBreak programs and projects down to enable phased delivery.\r\nConsult with Business Owner to ensure creation of realistic scope and budget to deliver results as defined in Business Case.\r\nCreate and maintain project schedule.\r\nEstablish budget, scope and schedule tolerances and ensure they are maintained within the agreed tolerances.\r\nCoordinate with product teams and stakeholders ensuring agreement on and delivery to the agreed scope & schedule.\r\nManage vendors to ensure a quality delivery and that they meet contract, budget and agreed schedule.\r\nIdentify project and program risks, maintaining a risk log and mitigation scenarios.\r\nIdentify project and program issues, maintaining an issue log and mitigation scenarios.\r\nEscalate scope creep, risks and issues as appropriate.\r\nOversee commercialization of programs into the business ensuring that appropriate QMD's, training and performance metrics are in place.\r\nMonitor to ensure projects and programs continue to meet business case.\r\nMeet with Champions and Senior Leadership Team regularly to communicate transparently regarding project status.\r\nOTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES\r\nAbility to communicate concisely and effectively in both written and spoken English.\r\nProven experience in project and program management, especially the delivery of consulting and system (e.g., enterprise, laboratory) deployments.\r\nProven stakeholder management skills.\r\nUnderstanding of commercial and operational areas, including marketing, business development, quality assurance, and other relevant functions.\r\nStrong Problem Solving and Relationship Management skills.\r\nProficient in the use of common office software.\r\nSelf-motivated individual who can positively contribute to a team environment.\r\nAbility to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.\r\nFlexible and able to use sound independent judgment and take initiative to assess information.\r\nAble to make effective decisions in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.\r\nREQUIREMENTS\r\nEducated to degree level in a relevant discipline or able to demonstrate equivalent experience.\r\nMinimum 10 years' project management experience.\r\nExperience working in regulated environments such as clinical trials (GAMP, ISO Standards).\r\nContract Research Organization (CRO), Pharmaceutical or Clinic environment experience preferred.\r\nUnderstanding of clinical trials, blinding, patient safety, data integrity and associated regulations.\r\nPromotion to the next level is not automatic based on years of experience. Personnel are evaluated on proven competency, level of responsibility, and ability to work independently.\r\nAt Worldwide Clinical Trials, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace by providing transparent compensation.\r\nThe salary range for this position is annually (For hourly paid positions, the stated salary range reflects hourly rates):\r\nUnited States of America - $99,000.00 - $196,000.00\r\nThe salary range provided is intended to give candidates an understanding of potential earnings. Compensation will fall within the provided range, and it not a guarantee of exact salary. The final salary will be determined based on relevant experience, performance, education, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, we offer a competitive benefits package depending on location. We ensure pay equity and transparency and comply with all applicable labor laws.
