You will see a direct correlation between your work, company growth, and customer support data insights. Beyond this, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry, solving some of the most interesting data challenges with efficiency and integrity.\n\nData Analyst, Client Data Services Responsibilities:\n\nCollaborate with engineers, product managers and data scientists to understand data needs, representing key data insights in a meaningful way.\nBuild data expertise and leverage data controls to ensure privacy, security, compliance, data quality, and operations for allocated areas of ownership.\nDesign, build and launch new data models and visualizations in production, leveraging common development toolkits.\nSupport existing processes running in production and implement optimized solutions with limited guidance.\nBuild dashboards and reports to track effectiveness and efficiency improvements over time, and guide future decisions.\nEstablish close working relationships with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders including deal leads, data engineering, and product development teams.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\nExperience with SQL, ETL, data modeling, and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C++, C#, Scala, etc.)\n4+ years of experience working in an analytical capacity developing insights, defining metrics, and making recommendations.\nPresentation and communications experience with extracting insights from technical data sets to varied audiences.\nExperience thinking strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience with one or more of the following: data processing automation, data quality, data warehousing, data governance, business intelligence, data visualization, data privacy and data pipelining.\n\nAbout Meta:\n\nMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
