essential job functions:\nIndustrial SPRAY and paint application\nThe use of air spray, airless and air assisted airless paint equipment\nWorking with two-part urethane and epoxy paint materials\nIndustrial Blasting\nMust be able to understand how to apply primer, paint and maintain equipment associated with paintings such as: pressure pots, paint guns, paint hoses and paint booths\nPrepare part surfaces for application of coating to ensure proper adhesion of the paint, which include shot blasting and making of parts\nTouch up defective areas of painted items\nPerform quality checks both before and after paint application\nAssist in other areas as needed to perform other duties assigned\nCandidates must also meet the following requirements:\nMust be able to work in the United States\nMust be at least 18 years of age\nCan perform frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods\nMust be able to work in a team environment to achieve production goals\nMust successfully pass a Pulmonary Function Test before beginning position\nMust successfully complete a physical evaluation, drug screen and background check prior to beginning work.\nPay:\nPainters-starting rate of $17.90, increase to $18.40 at 6/M and $19.90 at 12/M\nEmployees are considered for advancement opportunities to increase pay as skills are developed\nAll employees on our team will be eligible for the following benefits:\nA 4-day work week, Monday through Thursday 6:00AM -4:30PM\nProfit sharing\n401K, with employer match of 50% of the first 5% of
