The lab offers a stable and supportive work environment, with many team members having been with the company for 20+ yearsThis role is ideal for a technician with strong metal finishing skills who is also comfortable trimming dies and waxing in a crown & bridge workflow. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform metal finishing for crown & bridge restorationsTrim dies accurately and prepare cases for production Perform waxing for crown & bridge casesSeat and finish ceramic frameworksSeat and polish gold crownsWork under magnification or microscope when requiredMaintain quality control standards with minimal supervision Collaborate with the lab team to ensure efficient case workflow QualificationsMinimum 5 years of dental laboratory experienceStrong experience in metal finishingAbility to trim dies and perform waxingExperience seating ceramic frameworks and polishing gold crowns Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Comfortable working in a high-quality production environmentCompensation & Benefits$32-$36 per hour, depending on experience 401(k) retirement plan Health, dental, and sick benefits Flexible hours to help accommodate commute times Incentive program after 3-4 monthsTraining opportunities and room for growth
