If you are a person with a relentless drive to succeed, a strong focus on quality with a passion for success – join us today!UCT is looking for a talented Sr. Production Supervisor to join us in Hillsboro, OR!The Sr. Production Supervisor leads multiple process areas or shifts within an Advanced Technology Cleaning Center (ATCC), ensuring consistent execution of ultra-high purity cleaning, coating, and analytical preparation processes. This role drives operational performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost while developing frontline leadership and improving process capability.The Sr. Supervisor plays a key role in scaling operations, driving consistency, and supporting customer-critical semiconductor processes, where contamination control and repeatability are essential.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesLead multiple teams or shifts performing:Parts cleaning (chemical/manual)Coating and surface treatmentInspection, packaging, and shipment preparationDrive site performance to meet or exceed:Customer turnaround time (TAT)Quality and contamination control targetsProductivity and cost metricsEnsure consistent execution of copy-exact processes and standardized work across all process areas.Partner cross-functionally with:Engineering (process improvements, new qualifications)Quality (nonconformance, audits, customer requirements)Planning/Customer Service (priorities & delivery commitments)Lead escalation and resolution of:Process deviationsContamination risksEquipment and capacity constraintsOwn workforce planning, staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage.Develop frontline supervisors and high-potential employees.Implement and sustain:Lean initiativesStandard workVisual management and performance trackingDrive continuous improvement in:Cycle time / TATYield / rework reductionThroughput and labor efficiencyEnsure compliance with all EHS, chemical safety, and regulatory requirements.Utilize ERP/MES systems to monitor work-in-process, capacity, and output.Lead communication across shifts and with site leadership.Other DutiesDuties and responsibilities may evolve based on business needs.Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesStrong leadership and coaching capabilities across multiple teamsDeep understanding of:Cleanroom operations and contamination controlChemical processing systems and safety protocolsProven ability to manage high-mix, quick-turn service operationsStrong problem-solving and root cause analysis skillsExperience driving Lean/continuous improvement initiativesEffective cross-functional collaboration skillsProficiency with ERP/MES systems and data-driven decision makingEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Operations, or related field)5+ years experience in:Semiconductor services, ATCC, parts cleaning, coating, or similar environment2+ years of leadership experience (supervising teams or supervisors)Experience in contamination-sensitive or high-purity environments strongly preferredWork Environment / Physical DemandsCombination of floor-based leadership and administrative workFrequent presence in cleanroom and chemical processing areasPPE required; exposure to chemicals and processing equipmentAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–40 lbs as neededOvernight TravelWork may require out of town travel depending upon assignment (training and meeting).Ultra Clean Technology is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
