Production Operator

ObjectiveA Production Operator position would include prep-work, masking, grit blasting, finishing, passivation, cleaning and perform duties assigned by the Production Manager.Essential FunctionsPrep-work of partsMasking partsGrit blasting of partsFinishing of partsCleaning of partsPassivation of partsContinuously monitor process, keeping the production output within the required tolerancesKeep the tooling clean and ready to operateAssist and perform duties as assigned by Production ManagerUse calibrated instruments to perform critical measurementsWorking in the Company's Quality and Safety System context, in accordance with its procedures and requirementsWork EnvironmentThis job operates in a manufacturing environment. The individual will be required to adhere to safety policies and procedures on the manufacturing floor.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, at least 8 hours of work per day Monday thru Friday, some overtime as business needs change. Willing to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekends, if necessary.Required Education and ExperienceHigh School DiplomaAble to work in a fast paced environment.Detail orientedMust be able to plan, prioritize, and perform work in an efficient manner to meet schedulesWilling to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekends if necessaryAble to lift at least 50lbs
