Perform a variety of shipping and receiving tasks per Saint-Gobain’s Inventory Control Guidelines and Logistics Standard Operating Procedures.\nEssential Job Functions:\nManages Facilities Outbound and Inbound Shipping Appointments using SAP and Manhattan.\nMaintains Daily Transactions for Third Party Warehouses\nMonitors all Inbound and Outbound traffic throughout the facility to minimize wait times for loading and unloading.\nResponsible to resolve all Department Sales Force cases timely and effectively.\nMonitors Material Movement Transactions in SAP with a very high level of accuracy (Transfer Orders, Scrap and Bin to Bin Movements)\nParticipates in Cycle Counting tasks with the Shipping Supervisor including reconciliation to ensure accurate Inventory Levels are maintained in SAP in both the Inventory and Bin Level.\nHelp to Support and Maintain Warehouse stock location system and code dates to ensure proper inventory turns and adherence to FIFO principles.\nProcesses return shipments from customers\nCollaborates with others in Logistics Department to continually improve Customer Service key measurements – On Time and In-Full (OTIF) Measurement reports.\nMaintain Department Efficiency reports, organize and file shipping, receiving and production reports.\nFollows the Logistics Standard Operating Procedures .\nMonitor Customer Shipments using the outbound process flow in SAP that will ensure optimal location loading, efficient manpower usage and accurate inventory transactions.\nEnsure Max Weight on Outbound Trucks is met.\nCreates BOL’s documents and ensures proper filing of documents.\nActively troubleshoots Order Issues with SAP and RF Monitor\nReceives Incoming Finished Goods and Raw Materials.
