analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\n\nExperience & Qualifications\nMinimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in business process reengineering, change management, facilitation, strategic analysis, or related business consulting disciplines.\nMinimum of three (3) years of experience supporting U.S. federal government agencies.\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.\nExperience analyzing and improving business processes to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness.\nExperience leading stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements validation sessions.\nExperience developing and maintaining business documentation, including process maps, SOPs, business requirements documents, and implementation plans.\nExperience developing and monitoring KPIs and performance metrics to support program performance and decision-making.\nExperience supporting organizational change
