Real Estate Executive Assistant / Licensed AgentDenver / Cherry Creek / Littleton Area | Hybrid / Flexible | Full-Time (up to 40 hours per week)A top-producing Denver real estate broker is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Real Estate Executive Assistant / Licensed Agent to provide high-level operational, administrative, and client support.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands real estate, enjoys being the person behind the scenes keeping everything moving, and wants to work alongside a successful, respected broker who values flexibility, trust, and a strong working partnership.The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces. This person will help streamline daily operations, support active transactions, coordinate client and vendor communication, assist with listing and marketing needs, and help create systems and processes that allow the business to continue growing.This role is flexible/hybrid. The broker does not require someone to sit in an office every day, but the person must be local enough to support in-person needs such as showings, inspections, vendor meetings, open houses, listing preparation, and client-related tasks when needed.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative and operational support to a high-producing real estate brokerSupport active transactions from contract to close, including timelines, documentation, communication, and follow-upCoordinate with clients, agents, lenders, title companies, inspectors, appraisers, vendors, and other parties involved in the transactionAssist with listing preparation, showing materials, marketing materials, mailings, client gifts, and property-related detailsAttend showings, inspections, appraisals, open houses, vendor appointments, and client meetings as neededHelp organize and maintain the CRM, client database, follow-up systems, checklists, and standard operating proceduresAnticipate needs, track deadlines, and help ensure no details are missedProvide polished, professional communication with clients and industry partnersSupport marketing and social media coordination when needed; marketing experience is a plus but not requiredHelp create structure, efficiency, and consistency across the businessIdeal CandidateActive Colorado real estate license required5+ years of real estate, transaction coordination, escrow/closing, operations, or real estate support experience preferredStrong understanding of real estate contracts, deadlines, terminology, and transaction flowHighly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and proactiveComfortable working independently without constant directionStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional, polished, and client-service mindedTech comfortable and willing to learn real estate systems and CRM toolsAble to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced real estate environmentLocal to the Denver / Cherry Creek / Littleton area, with flexibility to support in-person needs when necessaryAvailable and responsive when the business requires support, including occasional weekend needsPositive, solutions-oriented, and willing to wear multiple hatsWork StyleThis is a full-time role with a high level of flexibility. The right person will have the freedom to work where they are most productive, as long as the work is completed, communication is strong, and the broker and clients are well supported.This is a great fit for someone who enjoys real estate, but may not want to be the lead salesperson. The ideal person takes pride in creating order, protecting the client experience, and helping a top producer operate at an even higher level.CompensationCompensation is flexible and will be based on experience, background, and overall fit.
