Akkodis is seeking a Java Developer for a Contract with a client in Tampa, Fl. The ideal candidate must have advanced expertise in Java and Spring Boot, while developing scalable applications and supporting CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments.Rate Range: $41/hour to $43/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Java Developer Job Responsibilities IncludeDesign, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Spring Boot and JavaBuild and implement RESTful services, microservices, and backend componentsDevelop and optimize database interactions using Oracle PL/SQLWrite and execute unit tests using frameworks like JUnit to ensure code qualityContribute to CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for automated builds and deploymentsSupport cloud and container-based deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field8–10 years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot developmentStrong expertise in Spring Boot (REST services, Data JPA, Spring Security, Spring Cloud) and unit testing frameworks such as JUnitExperience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
