Interview : VideoVisa : USC, GC, GC EAD, H4Description:Job OverviewThis Consultant will be responsible for enterprise implementation and platform delivery initiatives, keeping a heavy focus on hands-on technical execution across ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, integrations, and platform automation within a complex enterprise environment. By partnering with the technical teams, architects, as well as the stakeholders, this Consultant will deliver scalable ServiceNow ITOM solutions and support the CMDB maturity initiatives.Responsibilities/Daily TasksConfigure and implement ServiceNow ITOM applications including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event ManagementDesign, maintain, and optimize CMDB structures aligned with CSDM standards and enterprise governance modelsDeploy, administer, and troubleshoot MID Server infrastructureDevelop integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and Service Graph technologiesResolve CMDB data integrity issues involving reconciliation, normalization, and identification processesTranslate technical and functional requirements into scalable platform configurations and workflowsCollaborate with architects, infrastructure teams, developers, and client stakeholders during implementation activitiesSupport platform enhancements, troubleshooting efforts, and ongoing optimization initiativesParticipate in technical workshops, solution discussions, and deployment planning activitiesQualifications8+ years in ServiceNow platform development & configuration, and 4+ years in ITOM implementations.Strong experience Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.Solid understanding of CMDB architecture & CSDM.Experience scripting and customizing Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.Experience configuring/supporting MID Servers.Strong communication skills with prior client-facing or consulting experienceMust have CSA and CIS-Discovery certifications.Other certs (Service Mapping, CMDB, EM, ITAM, CSDM, etc.) would be highly desired.
