Developers are one of Tavus’ primary customers, and we want to enhance their experience. This role is critical to ensuring LLMs and agents can effectively code with Tavus correctly, strengthen tooling, and drive Tavus as a preferred developer platform in a competitive marketplace.\nHelp us shape what comes next! We’re looking for someone who thrives in early-stage chaos, loves building systems, and is excited to attract the kind of people who want to build what hasn’t been built before.\nYour Mission\nFull ownership on improving tools, workflows, and systems to enhance developer satisfaction\nImprove and maintain API usability by reducing complexity, eliminating friction, and ensuring all interfaces are intuitive and easy to implement\nEnsure LLMs and agents can reliably integrate with Tavus APIs\nBuild and evolve developer tooling that meets or exceeds industry standards across customer journey\nRequirements\n4+ years of DevEx working on tooling, DX platforms, docs, SDKs, CI/CD\n1-2+ years working with LLM-based systems or familiarity with modern LLM stacks\nYou’re a builder: you’ve created recruiting systems/processes from scratch or significantly improved existing ones\nHighly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in ambiguity\nPassion for AI and the opportunity to shape a team working at the edge of what’s possible\nBonus if you have:\nExperience as a founder, or startup building experience\nHands on experience with MCP and CLI tooling/workflows\nPlayed Portal 1 and 2 - or willing to as part of onboarding\nBenefits\nWhen you join Tavus, you’re joining a family.
