Every project is handcrafted using exceptional materials, modern manufacturing technology, and traditional woodworking craftsmanship.\nWe are seeking an organized, hands-on Production Manager to help lead our manufacturing team and ensure projects move efficiently through every stage of production.\nPosition Summary\nThe Production Manager oversees the daily operation of Berkeley Mills' production floor. This individual coordinates employees, monitors workflow, maintains production schedules, and helps ensure every project meets Berkeley Mills' standards for craftsmanship, efficiency, and quality.\nThis is a working leadership position.
