POSITION SUMMARY: The Scheduling Support position is responsible for providing administrative support to various levels of centralized schedulers, and participants at Rocky Mountain Health Care Services. This position is critical to promoting RMHCS and RMHCS standard for excellence in customer service as well as assisting in the administration activities that are vital to the organizations operational success. An ideal Scheduling Support person has great interpersonal skills, can manage a variety of tasks, and has a heart for RMHCS mission.MISSION: Improving lives, Optimizing wellness, Promoting independenceResponsibilities And DutiesESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Make a good first impression with all staff and participants.Provide high quality customer service that goes above and beyond with every interactionAcknowledge every customer with full undivided attention. Avoid any personal conversations or any negative languageCalls to participants, MDPOA, Facilities and CareComms to relay appointment information or for appointment remindersResponsible for receiving, screening, and forwarding of high-volume, incoming calls on a multi phone line system and ensures all issues/concerns/inquiries are addressed or directed immediately to the appropriate associate to take action.
