Build and manage pipelines of candidates using outbound sourcing, research, and creative outreach methods. Identify passive talent through Boolean searches, social platforms, communities, and competitive mapping. Provide market intelligence and insights to inform hiring strategy and decision-making. Create outreach messages that reflect the brand and attract qualified candidates. Maintain candidate data and track it in the ATS. Contribute to inclusive hiring practices. Sourcing highly technical, niche, or super-niche candidates in dynamic environments. Proficient with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Internal Database, etc.).
