You are organized, metrics-driven, and motivated by the opportunity to contribute directly to Revver’s growth.What You’ll DoServe as the first point of contact for prospective customers by quickly responding to inbound demo requests, website inquiries, live chat interactions, and event leadsProactively research and engage outbound prospects through personalized email, phone, and LinkedIn outreachQualify inbound and outbound leads using firmographic, technographic, and behavioral data to determine fit and buying intentCollaborate closely with Account Executives to align on ideal customer profiles, territory strategy, and pipeline needsSchedule and coordinate high-quality discovery calls and product demos with Sales team membersMaintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce and other sales engagement toolsWork cross-functionally with the marketing team to provide feedback on campaign performance, messaging, and lead qualityConsistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly goals related to outreach, meetings booked, and sales accepted leads (SALs)What You’ll Bring to the Table1–2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role (SaaS preferred)You are able to quickly engage potential customers over email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.You’re clear, concise, and accurate in your communications, both written and verballyYou possess grit and don’t shy away from rejectionYou’re hungry to progress your sales careerYou know how to effectively manage your time to complete objectivesYou have experience being accountable to metrics, often exceeding themYou thrive in a high-energy team environmentYou are a local and willing to report to our Lehi, UT office regularlySuccess MetricsSpeed and quality of inbound lead follow-upMeetings booked and held (inbound and outbound)Conversion rate from lead to opportunityContribution to qualified pipeline (sourced and influenced)Outreach activity metrics (calls, emails, sequences completed)You Get Bonus Points IfYou have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldYou have experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Apollo, etc.)You’re familiar with lead scoring and routing logicYou’ve worked cross-functionally with marketing and salesYou’ve used tools like ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Drift, Intercom, or Chili PiperYou’ve qualified SMB and mid-market leadsWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + performance-based variable compensationCareer path into Account Executive, Marketing, Partnerships, or RevOpsMaternity and paternity leaveHands-on training and mentorship from sales and marketing leadersOpportunities to grow your careerTop-notch work-life balance and company cultureCollaborative and transparent culture with a focus on resultsApply today!Revver is an EEO; M/F/D/V; we offer Uncapped PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA (with match), & 401(k) (with match), Life insurance and many perks.
