Client Events Manager
Manager Client Programs & EventsNew York City (Hybrid – 3 days in office, flexibility required for events)We’re partnering with a leading organization to find a Manager, Client Programs & Events to own the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact client experiences—both in-person and virtual.This is a highly visible role where you’ll be shaping how clients engage with the business through CLE seminars, webinars, client dinners, receptions, and strategic marketing events that directly support business development and relationship growth.You’ll work closely with senior leadership, practice groups, and a global events team to deliver polished, best-in-class programming.What you’ll do:Lead end-to-end execution of client programs and events (including large-scale and CLE initiatives)Partner with business development teams, practice groups, and senior stakeholders to align events with strategyManage all logistics—venues, vendors, contracts, budgets, and on-site executionDevelop creative, strategic event concepts tied to business prioritiesProvide guidance to stakeholders throughout the full event lifecycleTrack ROI, performance, and post-event insightsEnsure MCLE compliance standards are metMentor junior team members and contribute to team developmentStay ahead of industry trends and event technologyWhat we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree required7+ years of experience in a large law firm environment (required)Proven experience managing complex, high-profile client eventsStrong project management, organization, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExperience with CRM systems (InterAction a plus)Flexibility to travel and adjust hours based on event needsThis is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic, hands-on events professional who thrives in a high-performance environment and enjoys creating exceptional client experiences that make an impact.If this opportunity aligns with your experience we encourage you to apply.
